MIG Welding Machine Thyristor Regulated

Available as an open coil feeder or totally enclosed cabinet. Useful if working in dirty or damp site conditions.(15 kg spools)
Developed for use inside or outside on site where an improvement in productivity is required over covered MMA electrodes, without having to purchase a power source. Welding generators are ideal to power this unit, especially if required to work some distance away, due to difficult access, height etc. Can be used with a variety of wires both solid and flux cored, suited to hard facing with gasless wires.
Both cabinets are constructed from steel, a eurodaptor is fitted as standard. The feed roller assembly access door is fitted with a interlock for safety purposes. Advanced circuitry allows for automatic compensation for variations in the arc length and volt drop.

A small diameter reference cable between the wire feeder and earth is used to complete the control circuit.

Designed to give trouble free operation in less than ideal conditions.
